Catechism Fun Day 2018 will be held on Friday, 9th November with games and food stalls in the church compound from 7.45 am to 1.30 pm. various competitions will be held for the catechism children on Friday, 16th November. Registrations forms for competitions can be submitted in the catechism office in the evening from Friday 2 November to Tuesday 6 November from 6.30pm to 7.00 pm. Parishioners we count on your support for this event.  Those parishioners who would like to support this event may contract the persons whose names are displayed on the banner in the church compound.

There will be Pre-Baptism Seminar in the St. Claire Audio Video Room on Wednesday, 14th November at 6.30 pm. Please bring your bible. We request you not to bring children.

A Blood Donation Camp will be conducted in the Sacred Heart Church on Friday, 16th November from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. All parishioners are encouraged to come forward to donate blood generously. Interested donors, kindly fill the registration slip available at the Jesus Youth Help Desk and drop the completed slip in the box. 

Kindly return the Mission Sunday envelopes with your generous contribution by dropping them in the boxes marked Mission Sunday, which are kept at the entrance of the Mother Church and the Sacred Heart Church.

The second Annual Family Day of the Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Visitation will be held on Friday, 16th November at the Awali church grounds. We urge all parishioners to patronize this annual event and extend your support by buying or helping in selling the Lucky Dip tickets priced at BD1 each. The proceeds generated will go towards the construction of our new Cathedral.

On 17th November at the Sacred Heart Church, there will be a one-day programme in English for all the nurses of our parish entitled ‘THE GREATEST CALL.’ We invite ALL NURSES of the different communities to participate in this event.  Registration can be done in the Church compound after all the Obligation Masses.  The registration fee is BD 2/- per person. For details, please refer to the banner in the church compound. You may contact your Community Spiritual Directors for further details.

The First Friday Parish Holy Hour will be held today at 3.45 pm in the Sacred Heart Church.

On Friday, 3rd of November, the Salmabad Cemetery will be blessed at 1.30 pm and the old Manama Cemetery at 2.30 pm. A special Collection will be made during all masses for the maintenance of the Cemeteries.
