Fr. Saji Thomas will be celebrating his Ordination Day on Friday, 16th November. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered on Saturday, at 6.30 pm. Let us attend and pray for his intentions.

We are pleased to announce that the Construction of the Cathedral has commenced from 4th November. Let us pray for the successful completion of this project with your support and prayers. We request the assistance of all our parishioners towards the realization of this endeavor.  To help us reach our goals, collection boxes have been placed at the main gates of the church and each working individual of the family is requested to show their support by donating a minimum amount of BD. 2 each month. Thank you for your usual co-operation.

There will be Pre-Baptism Seminar in the St. Claire Audio Video Room on Wednesday, 14th November at 6.30 pm. Please bring your bible. We request you not to bring children.

Catechism Fun Day will continue with various competitions for the Catechism Children on Friday, 16th November. For details, refer to the banner in the church compound.

A Blood Donation Camp will be conducted in the Sacred Heart Church on Friday, 16th November from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm. All parishioners are encouraged to come forward to donate blood generously. Interested donors, kindly fill the registration slip available at the Jesus Youth Help Desk and drop the completed slip in the box.

On Friday, 16th November the Konkani Community has arranged a Volleyball Tournament and on Tuesday, 20th November a Throwball Tournament at the Indian Club grounds from 6.45 am onwards for parishioners only. For more details, please refer to the banner displayed in the Church compound.

The second Annual Family Day of the Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Visitation will be held on Friday, 16th November at the Awali church grounds. We urge all parishioners to patronize this annual event and extend your support by buying or helping in selling the Lucky Dip tickets priced at BD1 each. The proceeds generated will go towards the construction of our new Cathedral.

On 17th November at the Sacred Heart Church, there will be a one-day programme in English for all the nurses of our parish entitled ‘THE GREATEST CALL.’We invite ALL NURSES of the different communities to participate in this event. Registration can be done in the Church compound after all the Obligation Masses. The registration fee is BD 2/- per person. For details, please refer to the banner in the church compound. You may contact your Community Spiritual Directors for further details.

All those who intend to get married must obtain the Freedom to Marry Certificate or the No Objection Certificate three months prior the date of marriage.
