Saturday, 19th January is the Ordination Day of Fr. Amar. A Thanksgiving Mass will be offered at 6.30 pm. Let us participate and pray for his intentions.
In commemoration of the Feast of Santo Niño which will take place on Friday, 25th January at 12 noon in the Sacred Heart Church, there is a Nine-Day Novena in English which has commenced and is held every evening at 8.00 pm outside the St. Clare Audio/Video Room. On the day of the Feast, there will be a procession before the Mass at 11.30 a.m. near the outdoor stage and the main celebrant of the Mass will be Rev. Fr. Alfredo Guerrero. All are welcome to participate.
The Wedding Anniversary Mass for January celebrants will be held on Saturday, 26th January at the 6.30 pm mass. Celebrants, please register your names at the Parish Office by 20th January.
The Ecumenical Prayer Service for Christian Unity will be held on Saturday, 26th January at 7.30 pm in the Sacred Heart Church. All parishioners are urged to participate in this service.
The Bishop’s Pastoral Visit to our parish will take place from 21st to 29th January. The schedule will be notified in due course.
Family Day 2019 with the theme Join hands, Join hearts will be held on Friday, 22nd February at the church ground from 8am to 8pm. Parishioners, we need you to support this Family Day. Please contact the individuals whose names are mentioned on the leaflets which are being distributed after masses or any of the priests for assistance.
From 16th March to 26th March, there will be a pilgrimage to the Holy Land organized by the Sacred Heart Church, a spiritual leading by Rev. Fr. Xavier D’souza. The countries included in this pilgrimage are Jordan, Palestine, Israel and Egypt. Those interested in joining are requested to collect the form from the Parish Office and submit it before 10th February. For further details, please contact the Parish Office.
